At BEATCAMP, you’ll learn how to DJ step by step through short, self-guided Tutorial Missions designed to be fun, friendly, and totally pressure-free.
Each Mission teaches you one real DJ skill. Loading songs. Mixing tracks. Using effects. Making cool DJ faces. All of it counts.
You don’t need to be perfect here. You just need curiosity, headphones, and a little courage.

I’m DJ Warm Advice!
I’m a professional DJ with two awesome nephews. They wanted to learn how to DJ, so I made them their own DJ Missions and now I’m sharing them with you, too!
I built BEATCAMP Missions and BEATCAMP Mixer to be:
Kid-friendly and beginner-safe
Easy to follow, even if it’s your first time touching DJ gear
Focused on confidence, creativity, and having fun
There are no grades and no time limits, just beats, buttons, and big “I did it!” energy.
Messing up is allowed.
Experimenting is encouraged.
Dancing is unavoidable.
For the Grownups:
Beatcamp is a safe, ad-free learning space where Junior DJs can explore DJing through short lessons and hands-on missions. No chats, no social features, just music, creativity, and confidence-building play.

Junior DJs can get started right away on a computer using our web-based app!

BEATCAMP is built specifically for Junior DJs, not grown-up DJs in kid-sized hoodies.
Everything here is:
Hands-on and self-guided. Kids learn by doing, not by watching someone else do it “perfectly.”
Play-first. Exploration comes before rules. Curiosity matters more than getting it right the first time.
Designed for real learning. We teach troubleshooting, not just button-pressing. If something sounds weird, that’s a clue, not a failure.
Confidence-building by design. Every lesson and mission is structured so kids can succeed, experiment, and feel proud of themselves along the way.
BEATCAMP doesn’t rush kids toward performance or perfection. It creates space for trial, error, laughter, and growth. Just like real DJs learn.

Absolutely! BEATCAMP was built with Junior DJs in mind (specifically my 8 year old nephew — what’s up DJ BrodyB!).
BEATCAMP contains no chats or social features, just music, creativity, and confidence-building learning!

Nope, and that’s okay!
The fun thing about DJing is I get to learn something new every day — whether it’s a new effect hidden in my DJ Software, getting used to a new DJ Controller, or just hearing new songs and learning their beats!
